Wild Swan Fine Dining Restaurant - Wild Swan is our contemporary fine dining restaurant, overlooking the manicured gardens and the Llawn at Mandoon Estate. Executive Chef Michael Hartnell and Executive Sous John Baxter have created modern and innovative a la carte and degustation menus that combine classic techniques with the finest local and seasonal produce. Their modern Australian menu has been carefully designed to match with our award winning wines and craft beers.
Homestead Brewery - Our food is like our brews – full of big, bold, balanced flavours. Think tapas, burgers, pizzas and hearty main meals. We’re a proud village of makers and everything is made from scratch on the Estate. Creating perfect days starts with creating the perfect brewery. For that, we turned to Schulz – the German brewing equipment manufacturer with 350 years of brewing under their belt. Grab a table inside, overlooking our shining Schulz, or on the shaded deck overlooking the vines – either way the view is magic.
The Llawn - a casual, family-friendly, alfresco area with picnic tables, a full enclosed playground and live music on the weekends.
Beer, wine, cider and soft drinks are available from the garden bar, and picnic-style charcuterie and cheese platters, salads, pizzas and homemade ice cream from the delicatessen. On weekends, we fire up the spit roast.
