City of Fremantle Aspire Professional Development Award Winners 2019

Ms Ana Doria-Buchan, Engagement Officer and Discovery Coordinator, Shipwrecks Museum

Ana is a museum professional, with over twenty years experience in a variety of engagement and programming roles. A strong interest in Western Australian heritage led Ana to become a Board Member of the Australian Museums and Galleries Association (WA Branch) The award will assist Ana to attend the ‘Communicating The Arts’ conference in Montreal, Canada this October. This international conference is extremely prestigious and has been the leading event dedicated to museum professionals for the past two decades.

Ms Cindy Cranswick, Lecturer and Clinical Placement Coordinator at the University of Notre Dame.

Cindy is registered as a professional counsellor and supervisor with the Australian Counselling Association. She is also a member of the Marce Society and the International Society for Emotional Intelligence. The award will assist Cindy to attend, present and network at the 6th Asia Pacific Rim Confederation of Counsellors 2019 being held in Brisbane.
