They paid close attention to our specific needs and requirements, and presented us with a range of well researched options for us to consider, and as ALSA runs the conference internally and with no assistance from a PCO, this saved us much needed time and resources. From PCB’s receipt of our initial enquiry, to preparing their bid document and coordinating proposals from venues and suppliers; to putting together our site inspection itinerary; to providing a quantity of promotional material and collateral to help promote the destination – every little bit helped in making the ALSA Conference in Perth the success it was.
