This incentive and motivation trip was devised to recognise Manulife’s agency force performance. As delegates originated from cities across Indonesia, the chief objective of the trip was to find a location that fostered ease of communication, helping delegates to form links to help expand their networks and facilitate the sharing of knowledge.
